The journalism industry can be tricky, and mentoring seems to be a guiding navigator. We develop a thorough and continued mentorship design that helps the mantes with their future careers. As a result of mentorship, our mentees not only develop and enhance their skills but their confidence and self-image boost up.
Technical Skills

Research Skills
Research is an integral part as it brings objectivity and accuracy in reporting. A good story is always the outcome of research and investigation. Building Community Network
As most of our work is based upon the residents of remote areas, it is important for the reporters to built relationship with in the community to raise voices on real social issues. Mentoring is carried out in accordance with the norms and culture of the area particularly to build a strong bond with community leaders.
